    Successes: I’ve started running with the couch 2 5k Programme! Whoooop

    Help needed?: I need chocolate and cheese – help?!

    Oops I put on, but not a drastic amount considering I was on a hen weekend this weekend!

    What you’ve been doing this week: exercise DVD twice. I’m so impressed, as I have had pudding, cake and chocolate this week.

    Help needed: encouragement to ignore the junk!

    Successes: nowt, as I ruddy put on a pound

    Help needed?: If it carries on like this weight watchers is going to get the boot, track everything I eat and stay in the points. So not happy.
