11.10.8 not lost anything this week, but really improving with my running, so i am pleased!x

Oops I put on, but not a drastic amount considering I was on a hen weekend this weekend!
Seriously impressed with that tiny gain with the hen weekend!

What you’ve been doing this week: exercise DVD twice. I’m so impressed, as I have had pudding, cake and chocolate this week.

Help needed?: If it carries on like this weight watchers is going to get the boot, track everything I eat and stay in the points. So not happy.
